i had a good food week last week, 6 binge free days
and i ruined it yesterday and monday because i binged
today i've had 133 calories because my mom made rice and lentils (i couldn't resist-i love rice and lentils) and i got hungry at lunch so i ate five fucking crackers that were 10 calories each fuck
whatever i'm just glad i didn't binge like yesterday (750 cals) or monday (2200!!!!!)
