okay here's my plan:

  • i just won't eat. i'll even lay in the bathroom if i have to just to avoid my cravings
  • i'll skip youth group and exercise instead
  • i'll fake sick so i can't go
i'm not eating until wednesday. i'm breaking my fast at 70 hours for 1/3 of a pomegranate (33 calories)
