if i stick to my fasting schedule, i'll lose 28 pounds by october 1st but there are some problems
- i really want to eat lunch today because there will be muffins and fruit salad but it's unknown calories and i've already eaten twice yesterday
- youth group is today and there's always cookies so i'll probably binge if i go (i'm going to try to skip)
- my dad is taking my brother to therapy today and he wants me to come with them so i can return one of the rabbit's leash but we always eat when we're in Easton
