I am very bad example for my sister.

I'm a hypocrite for telling her to eat her meals and be healthy. She listens to me because she's afraid but I still feel like I'm not getting my point across.

I didn't want to go to that buffet yesterday. I'm not eating again until Wednesday at dinner or maybe Thursday at lunch. It depends.
